Privacy Policy

IrregularOdds Publisher is a personal, owner-operated application used for automated video uploads. This policy explains the use of Google and YouTube account information in the owner's self-hosted publishing workflow.
Google and YouTube data accessed
The application uses Google OAuth authorization and YouTube API Services to obtain permissions needed to upload videos to the authorized YouTube channel, submit video details, and receive the responses needed to complete and track those uploads. It does not request your Google password.
How data is used
Account authorization is used only to run publishing actions authorized by the account owner. Video files and details supplied by the owner are sent to YouTube to publish content. The workflows may also use temporary Cloudflare R2 video hosting for media delivery to publishing services.
Storage and sharing
Google OAuth credentials for this integration are managed by the owner's self-hosted n8n instance. Publishing information may appear in the owner's workflow execution history. Information needed to perform uploads is transmitted to Google/YouTube, and temporary media hosting may involve Cloudflare R2. The application does not sell Google user data or use it for advertising.
Access, retention, and revocation
The owner controls the automation and its stored workflow records. The owner may delete stored execution data and temporary media files as appropriate, disconnect the OAuth credential in n8n, or revoke the application's Google authorization using their Google Account connections. Revoking permission stops future authorized uploads until access is granted again.
